美国化学会出版部近期宣布北京大学的陈鹏教授于2022年起出任期刊ACS Chemical Biology执行主编。
陈鹏教授是北京大学化学与分子工程学院博士生导师、化学生物系主任，北大-清华科学生命联合中心高级研究员，兼任南宫NG28(中国)实验室化学生物学研究所资深研究员，中国化学会化学生物学专业委员会主任。陈鹏教授的研究兴趣集中在化学与科学生命交叉前沿，长期致力于活细胞化学反应的开发与应用，提出并开展了 “生物正交剪切反应”，突破了蛋白质原位研究的技术瓶颈，开拓了“生物正交化学”新方向。陈鹏教授自2019年3月起担任美国化学会期刊ACS Chemical Biology副主编，并于2022年起出任该期刊执行主编。
